ABOUT ME
I have done my P.hd. in theoretical and computational physics from The Institute of Mathematical Sciences. My thesis has been entitled as "Interplay of Stress Release Range and Disorder in Fracture" where I have studied a disordered system named the Fiber Bundle Model to explore different modes of failure in the fracture process.
During my first post-doctoral position at the Earthquake Research Institute (University of Tokyo) I have studied the time evolution in large scale failure processes, similar to the foreshock and aftershock events in a seismic phenomenon.
My current work at Porelab (NTNU) deals with the rheology of multiphase flow through a porous media. The study of flow has a great interest in academics, industries and the medical field. An optimized understanding of the flow dynamics as well exploring new behaviors during a multiphase flow are the two main aim of my present work.
