Subhadeep Roy

My expertise is in the study of disordered systems and the dynamics it shows under any kind of perturbation. Such disordered systems show very rich relaxation dynamics at different rates depending on the external driving parameters. I have mainly studied such systems numerically to understand two different phenomena: (i) Fracture and (ii) Flow. Study in both fields involves practical application and hence interests the industrial, medical and theoretical community.
